Easy Vegan Hash Browns 🥔

3 big Potatoes
2 tbsp Flour
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Garlic powder

Additional

4 tbsp Oil for frying

Making the hash browns:

  1. Wash and dry the potatoes. Grate all the potatoes with the large-holed grater and place the grated potatoes in to a mixing bowl.
  2. To the mixing bowl, add in the rest of the ingredients and mix until everything is combined.
  3. To a non-stick pan, add the oil and let it heat up on medium heat before adding in the hash brown mixture. Once the oil is heated up (you can add a piece of the mixture to the pan and once the piece starts bubbling, you know the oil is ready) scoop balls of the hash brown mixture to the pan and flatten each ball with the back of a spatula.
  4. Fry the on both sides until the hash browns are crispy and honey-coloured on both sides. Place the fried has browns on a plate lined with kitchen towel to soak the excess oil.
  5. Let the has browns cool for a few minutes before serving. ENJOY 💛
