Easy Breakfast Oat Pancakes

Who wouldn’t like to start their day with pancakes? This super simple recipe requires minimal effort and time and thus, is a perfect recipe to whip up even on a tighter schedule. Only one bowl is needed in this recipe so doing the dishes after is a piece of cake, too!

Pair the pancakes with your favourite toppings and share with friends or family. The recipe makes enough pancakes for 2-4 people.

Easy Breakfast Oat Pancakes 🥞

2 dl Flour
1 dl Oats
2 tsp Baking powder
Pinch of salt
0,5 dl Brown sugar
1 dl Vanilla oat milk (I used Oddlygood)
2,5 dl Regular oat milk
Vegan butter or oil for frying

Making the pancakes:

  1. Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl. Gradually add the oat milks (1 dl at the time) to the dry ingredients and mix fully together before adding more.
  2. Let the batter sit for 5-10 minutes and mix once before frying.
  3. Fry the pancakes over medium heat with some vegan butter or oil. Serve the pancakes on a platter and pair with your favourite toppings.
