This time it’s time to share a recipe that isn’t created by me but since it blew my mind, I had to share it with you. The combination of the crunchy sage and walnuts with the comforting tagliatelle creates a flavourful and fun dish to enjoy. Have you ever made a pasta recipe with nuts as the main ingredient?

Ingredients needed:
250 g Tagliatelle
80 g Natural walnuts
1 Big handful of fresh sage leaves
1 tbsp Walnut oil
Salt
Pepper
Making the pasta:
- Wash and dry the sage leaves thoroughly and roughly chop the walnuts.
- Start cooking the pasta according to the packet instructions.
- To a large pan, add in the walnut oil and dry sage leaves. Fry the sage leaves in the oil on medium heat until the leaves start to get crispy (the colour changes from green to dark green/brown).
- Add the chopped walnuts to the pan with the sage and cook for a few minutes on low-medium.
- Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and place it on to a serving tray.
- Pour the sage-walnut-oil on top of the pasta. ENJOY 💚
